For first-time appointments. This session will conduct a posture and biomechanical analysis. A movement analysis will help identify areas that need attention.

Bodywork will address the area of concern and an individualised treatment plan will be created together.

A variety of techniques (but not limited to) may be used within the session. Techniques may include cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, dry needling, taping, joint mobilising or stretching.

Can't recommend Chenille enough. I really appreciate that she takes the time to work through pain points carefully and always checking in throughout the session to make sure that she's addressing the pain with her approach. So so grateful for Chenille - I always a feel a huge relief! :)

I’ve been going to Chenille for years and every time I visit I leave feeling so much better. She always knows exactly how to fix whatever muscle tension or niggle I have. The location of the studio is also ideal - easy to park and very comfortable.

I have experienced true relief after my first session with Chenille. She is fantastic, took the time to listen to what was bothering me, watch how I move and test my range before she moving onto treating me. Because of that time spent at the beginning of the appointment, it meant her treatment was spot on. I floated out of Chenille's clinic, I felt so amazing. I highly recommend Chenille.
