For first-time appointments. This session will conduct a posture and biomechanical analysis. A movement analysis will help identify areas that need attention.

Bodywork will address the area of concern and an individualised treatment plan will be created together.

A variety of techniques (but not limited to) may be used within the session. Techniques may include cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, dry needling, taping, joint mobilising or stretching.

Amazing. Chenille is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to get the cause of my back pain immediately. I left feeling a lot more mobile and with greatly reduced pain. I would happily recommend to anyone seeking treatment for muscular pain

Can't recommend Chenille enough. I really appreciate that she takes the time to work through pain points carefully and always checking in throughout the session to make sure that she's addressing the pain with her approach. So so grateful for Chenille - I always a feel a huge relief! :)

Chenille not only knew how to relieve my shoulder pain but also manipulated my ribs and hips to give me space in my body. Will most definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
